Little whirlpools in me spin;
the swirl pulls energy in,
urging me to fully be,
through their pranic energy.
Nadis run through all seven,
connecting Earth to Heaven.
Muladhara links to ground,
where stability is found.
The Sacral's creativity 
comes from Goddess Shakti;
here Svadisthana's motion
ensures balanced emotion.
Manipura, belly fire,
sends ego power higher.
My Anahata is for love;
and as below so above.
Vishuddha helps me to say 
my own truth, in my own way.
At my brow, Ajna, third eye
helps me see, and clarify.
Sahasrara, Crown, will shine
with radiant light divine.
